read an interview where Alexa Chung was asked what she doesn’t like about herself (in so many words) and all she could come up with was her ears, and her fine hair. If the same question was pointed at me the list would be as long as my arm. Seriously. Would give anything to be happy with everything except my ears and my supposed ‘fine hair’ (Theres nothing wrong with her hair!)

In a dire state of affairs. Must lose at least a stone! But must do so slowly, otherwise I’ll be a saggy mess. Going to look up some Pilates classes or a cheap gym in London and invest in some proper gym gear. I’ve calculated that it will take me until 4th Oct to lose 14 pounds if I lose a pound a week. I definitely don’t want to lose more than that a week. This is a deficit of 500 calories daily, so I should aim to consume around 1400 - 1500 calories daily.
Start weight: 131lbs (9 stone 5)
Goal weight: 117lbs (8 stone 5)
Will keep reviewing my goal weight as it depends more on my appearance than numbers on the scale.
Hoping if i make changes to my lifestyle the weight loss will come naturally anyway. Could also do with coming off the pill, as this is the main cause of my weight gain but we’ll see.

having the worst fat day ever today. literally at my fattest for ages. great. can’t wait to go out tonight and parade my obesity in everyones faces :/

my dream body is completely 100% unachievable for me.

Aim: lose a pound a week until I’m happier with how I look. Also need to tone up massively, so POP pilates 3 times a week. Don’t want to rush the wait loss as it will result in empty boob syndrome which sucks.
